We have sessions available at 5.45 am, 6.30 am, 7.15 am, 10 am, midday, 5pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm  weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7.15 am, 8 am, 8.45 am,9.30am. You can come to whichever session suit you best each week.

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

HOW MUCH IS THE TRIAL?

The challenge is £249 £129, this includes - access to our coaching app, dedicated personal coach, at least 3 small group personal training sessions per week, access to our bootcamp,boxfit + yoga classes, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.
